01.
Site Visit & First Consultation
We will travel to your place to perform a full site inspection and provide you with a full report based on our findings to help you determine the suitability of the location you selected to open the new laundry.
*Site visit within the Klang Valley area is free, for other areas a reasonable travel allowance will apply.
02.
Layout Design & Quotation
We will plan the layout of the laundry according to your vision and come out with an agreement. Separate quotations will be provided for the laundry machinery and the renovation works.
For the machines, a 50% deposit is required for the booking. We will collect another 50% 1 week before the delivery of the machine.
For the renovation work, a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of appointment.
03.
Work Permit Application
To get approval to begin the renovation work, the owner will have to apply for a work permit. We will guide and advise the owner on the document preparation.
This approval process should take about 2 days (May vary depending on the local authority).
The work permit application process will be carried out online.
04.
Gas Piping Installation & ATI License Application
We will help you acquire the 3 licenses for your laundry operation:
- ATI (Approval to Installation)
- ATO (Approval to Operation)
- LGP (Lesen Gas Persendirian)
The gas piping installation will be completed in 2 days as it’s a pre-requisite for ATI submission. After that, we will submit for ATI approval right away.
05.
Complete Renovation & Installation
The wait for ATI License approval will take around 1 month. While waiting for the approval, we will continue the renovation and installation works (based on the agreed drawing) and get it completed.
Based on our track record, the longest construction period is 21 days maximum. After 21 days, your premise will be ready for normal operation.
*40% of the renovation payment will be collected when the renovation is half completed and the last 10% will only be collected upon shop handover.
06.
ATO and LGP License Application
You will get the ATI License around 1 to 2 weeks after the store opening. With the license ready, we will proceed to submit your laundry ATO license.
Similarly, an ATO license takes 1 month to acquire. After the acquisition of the ATO license, we will proceed to submit for the LGP License.
All 3 licenses will be ready in 3 months (1-month interval for each process).
